I firmly believe you cannot be forced to relax. During the session, I will work with you and your own time frame for you to feel comfortable of letting go.

Your body's job is to protect you so it is not easy to give up control. When you are ready to relax, it will just happen on its own.


2. I tell all of my clients that my massage table has seen a lot of laughs and a lot of tears. It's all part of the healing process.

Emotional releases are bound to happen when working with the body and it's all completely normal!
